Business Development Manager
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and hardware and/or software and service needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support in collaboration with the technical team
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products and services, and remain up-to-date on latest technology trends
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Network Engineer
We are now seeking a Network Engineer to join the team. The successful candidate will be flexible and be able to work both independently and in a small team. You will have a good work ethic, be self-motivated and have excellent communication and customer service skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Participating in network infrastructure tenders
- Putting together proposals for bids
- Managing multiple client accounts
- Liaise with clients for problem resolution
- Speaking with customers face-to-face as well as via email and phone for initial requirements capture
- Support clients with network and computing infrastructure
- Install and maintain network services equipment and various devices for clients
- Planning future improvements
- Complete related assigned tasks as needed and ordered by the CEO

- IP networking
- Firewall knowledge
- LAN / WAN
- Routers
- SIP services
- Wi-Fi knowledge
- Network Management - Authentication and access control/management tools and techniques (AAA, Radius, and TACACS+), Network Monitoring tools (Cisco, IBM, HP, Solar winds, MRTG etc.)
- Security - Adequate knowledge on Firewalls (Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet, Juniper), VPNs, IDS/IPS, Web Security and Wireless Security
